How to Install Rain meter

So in this tutorial i will be teaching how to install Rain meter and get some pretty nice skins

So First off Go to Rain meter.net Then find download Click Beta 3.3 then download it



Should come up something like this



Ok once you downloaded it Install it

Then this should pop up
